Standard flat rate -  $5.00 up to 10,000 stitches (typical left chest)
over 10,000 Stitches - $ .50 per 1,000 stitches 

Name drops 
(single line)         $4.50 per location
(double line)       $5.50 per location

There is a $30 set up fee on orders less than 12 pieces
